To be successful in this industry, java u needs its ownership in the stores, behind the counters and in front of the customers. In comes the franchised owner/operator. The brand has been built over 10 years. Java u is here, in its popular, ultra-chic, and profitably franchisable form. We are looking for those who will not only operate their own business efficiently and cleanly, but also carry on the spirit and drive, the vibe, the heart and soul that has been our most valuable asset.
Royalties are 8% of gross sale and are paid to SSC on a monthly basis.
The marketing fund is paid on a quarterly basis at a rate of 2% of gross sales. This fund covers brand-based advertising and promotions. It is governed by the SSC and the board of directors and is further outlined in the franchise agreement.
