This is made possible by a central kitchen concept that prepares consistent and high quality fare in quantities sufficient for all of its outlets. The central kitchen is a stand-alone food preparation operation that prepares the majority of the fare sold in the multiple java u locations. This new combination of front-end (cafés) with a food service driven back-end (central kitchen) is an innovative approach to a gourmet concept. It has allowed us to bring people into our world that have little or no food experience. We accomplish this by allowing you to focus on sales. We handle the hard part, the distribution and preparation of the food and coffee that is your ammunition to grow your business.
